Huge performance of Brașov hockey: Corona “Wolves” Brașov is in the Erste Liga final.

Tonight our team managed to qualify for the Erste Liga final, after a sensational comeback.

It is a huge performance of Brasov hockey, which is for the second time in the final of this league (after the final of the MOL League in the 2013/2014 season).

DEAC – Corona “Wolves” Brașov: 3-5 (1-1, 2-0, 0-4).

The game started very well for our team, who opened the scoring in the 04’30 ” after a shot by defender Josh McFadden (who was assisted by Radim Valchar and Tomas Klempa).

But until the end of the first period the hosts managed to equalize through Hugo Turcotte.

The second period was dominated by the hosts, who managed to bring the score to 3-1, through goals scored by Dimitri Pestunov and the same Hugo Turcotte.

But in the third period our fantastic players managed a new sensational comeback.

The return signal was given by the captain Roberto Gliga, who managed to reduce the difference in the 47’50”, with a sensational shot.

In the final, our team will meet SC Miercurea-Ciuc, which managed to eliminate in the semifinals the Hungarian team FTC-Telekom.
