Today we present a new defender who will join our team for the 2019/2020 season, Canadian Nelson Armstrong (25 years).
Nelson Armstrong was born in Peterborough, Ontario, 185 inches tall and 93 pounds.

☑️He started hockey in the hometown of the Peterborough Petes team, and spent two seasons in the NCAA American University Championship, on the Saint Lawrence University team.

☑️After returning to his hometown (where he played in the OHL for Peterborough Petes), he returned to college, evolving from 2014-2017 for the University of Prince Edward Island team into the USports Canadian University Championship.
Nelson Armstrong graduated from the university with a degree in economics.

In the second part of the 2016/2017 season he decided to step into professional hockey, signing with the Florida Everblades (ECHL).
In the 2016/2017 season, for the Florida team he played 14 games and scored 4 points.

A new season followed for the Florida Everblades, being used in 39 matches in the regular season (scoring 16 points – 4 goals and 12 assists) and in two play-off games

☑️Last season evolved for the Milton Keynes Lightning team in the Professional Championship of Great Britain (EIHL).
For Milton Keynes Lightning he was the best scorer of the team’s defenders, managing to score 11 goals and giving 24 decisive passes (totaling 35 points).
Also in the UK, he attended postgraduate courses in business administration at Buckingham University.

Erik Roy and Everett Clark will no longer be part of the team for the new season, due to personal reasons that make it impossible for them to travel to Europe. Thus, due to the fact that the summer period helps to perfect the contracts of the foreigners, an amicable agreement was reached with both players by which they became free from the signed contract.
